Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothes like leggings, a fitted tank top, or a T-shirt. Avoid overly baggy clothing so your instructor can easily see your form and alignment. Pilates is typically practiced barefoot or with specialized non-slip grip socks.

No special equipment is required to get started. For mat classes, a standard fitness mat is all you need. If you are taking a reformer class, the studio provides the apparatus. We highly recommend bringing a water bottle and your own pair of grip socks.

For optimal results, consistency is key. We recommend attending classes 2 to 3 times per week. This frequency allows your body to safely adapt, build core strength, improve flexibility, and develop muscle memory without overtraining.
