1. Nature of This Website & Booking
This website is for informational purposes only …to showcase the class schedule and introduce boem Studio and its services. No registration, booking, or payment is completed on this website.
Clicking "Book" redirects you to the boem app, where the actual booking and payment take place.
All bookings, cancellations, and membership management occur exclusively through the app and are governed by the app's own terms upon sign-up.
boem is not responsible for any booking or transaction made outside the official app.
2. Eligibility
Studio services are for women and girls, subject to the age requirement specified for each class. Please check class details before booking.
Classes for teens (ages 12–18) require parental/guardian consent.
3. Attendance, Cancellation & No-Shows
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies are governed by the terms set within the app at the time of booking.
Spots per class are limited; please arrive on time.
4. Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed exclusively through the app.
Refund policy (if applicable) is governed by what is stated in the app at time of purchase.
5. Health Disclosure & Liability Waiver
Members confirm they are in suitable physical condition to practice Pilates, and should consult a physician before starting if they have any medical condition, are pregnant, or have a prior injury.
All exercises are undertaken at the member's own risk. boem and its team are not liable for injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow trainer instructions.
Trainers reserve the right to stop any movement they deem unsuitable for a member's health condition.
6. Studio Conduct
Please respect class times, appropriate attire, and grip socks requirements.
The studio is a private women's environment; all members are expected to maintain mutual respect and cleanliness.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership for repeated violations of studio rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logo, text, images, designs) is owned by boem and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
8. Changes to These Terms
boem reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
